The item I bought from plumb2u is damaged. What do I do?
In case the item you have purchased from us is damaged or faulty, we can offer two solutions:
- swap the faulty item for a new one;
- return for a refund;
Swapping the items is the easiest and seamless way to get the new item to you. Our courier will simply bring you the new item and collect the faulty one. NOTE we cannot provide you with a partial swap.
Please, remember! To help us processing your return as soon as possible, it is recomended to register your claim first. We will not collect any sensitive data from you, but we need you to describe the problem with as many details as possible.
